The mission of Keith Alan Web Productions, LLC. is to provide highly engaging Web sites and applications to enable small and midsize companies, as well as home-based businesses to increase sales, visibility, and productivity.
Each site we develop is unique and built from the ground up. We use cutting edge technologies to provide the best experience to visitors of your site. We will work closely with you to design and develop a custom site that accurately reflects your business or organization.
These days, a web presence is a necessity for any business to stay competitive therefore we provide a range of services for any budget.
If you are interested in having us develop a Web site for your business or organization, contact us using one the methods on our Contact Us page, or fill out our Web Design Questionnaire. As the questionnaire is quite comprehensive, we recommend that you do this when you have at least an hour to spare. The more thorough you are when filling out the questionnaire, the better able we will be to design and develop a site that meets your needs.
Once we have received your questionnaire or contact info, we will set up an initial meeting with you to discuss your site in more detail. If you are located in the New York Tri-State area, we can meet in person. There is no cost or obligation for this meeting. Within 48 hours of our initial meeting we will submit a proposal to you which details the costs, development time, and any other considerations for the project.
Upon your acceptance our proposal we will help you obtain your desired domain name if you do not already have one. Then we will commence with designing your site. Within a few days we will provide you with a rough draft of your site design. We welcome and encourage any feedback at this stage. The design stage is a critical time for you to provide input to ensure that your site is molded and crafted to your liking.
Once your site design is complete we will proceed with developing your site, using all of the information in the questionnaire as well as any other materials you have provided (documents, photos, images, etc). During development, we will be in regular communication with you to ensure that the site has the look, feel, and functionality you envision.
Your site will take about six weeks to complete; or longer when your site requires complex programming. Upon completion of the site, we will post the site to the host of your choice and ensure its proper functionality.
